For bookkeepers and small firms

Turn bank statements into books that balance.

Upload a PDF or scanned statement from any bank. Get CSV, Excel, QuickBooks or Xero files whose totals match the statement, with anything doubtful flagged for review.

First 2 pages free — every second row is hidden until you sign in. No account needed for the free try.

  • Reconciled, not guessed

Every export is checked against the opening and closing balances printed on the statement. Rows that do not add up are flagged before you download.

  • Fix it before you export

Review transactions in an editable grid. Edits re-run the reconciliation live, so you only export numbers that balance.

  • Files deleted after 24 hours

Statements go to encrypted storage and are removed automatically. We never store file names, descriptions or amounts in logs.

Frequently asked questions

How accurate is the conversion?
Every statement is reconciled: we recompute the running balance from the extracted transactions and compare it to the opening and closing balances printed on the statement. If anything does not add up, the job is flagged for review and the suspect rows are highlighted so you can fix them in the preview before downloading.
Which banks are supported?
Any bank. We ship layout profiles for common US, UK, Canadian and Australian banks (Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citi, Capital One, US Bank, HSBC, Barclays, Lloyds, NatWest, RBC, TD, Scotiabank, Commonwealth Bank and ANZ) and fall back to a generic layout detector for everything else.
Does it work with scanned statements or photos?
Yes. Pages without a text layer are rendered at 200 DPI and read with AI vision. Photos in JPG, PNG or HEIC are accepted directly.
Can I convert several statements at once?
Yes. Upload up to 12 files; transactions are merged in date order into one export.
How much does it cost?
One credit per page. Your first two pages are free without an account (every second row hidden). Packs of 50, 200 and 1,000 pages are available, and bookkeepers can subscribe for 500 pages per month.
What happens to my files?
Files are encrypted at rest and automatically deleted 24 hours after upload. They are only ever sent to our storage and to the Anthropic API for extraction — never anywhere else, and never used for training. Account numbers are redacted to the last 4 digits by default.
Will QuickBooks accept the QBO file?
Yes. We produce OFX 1.02 Web Connect files with unique FITIDs, which QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online import through “Upload transactions” without duplicates.
